Back home/Some shameless promotion for friends
Well, I'm back home! Still, looks like I'll spend most of May in the army. Reading a lot of web design lately, bet I can get it up to shape so I can get an actual job at it later!
Some friends of mine, a Heavy/Power Metal band from around town, just posted their first video on YouTube. Check it out, give them some love and spread the word if you like it!

Times away from home is almost over!
I count some 15 days till I get back home! Sure, I'll still be in the army, I still be without a job and still live with my parents, but I'm still glad! I'll start feeling comfortable again and make plans for August!
Been reading "The Pillars of the Earth". Picked it up at the airport last time I got here from leave! Yup, it's enormous and I heard about it on Oprah of all places, but it's a great book! It's about the building of a cathedral during the dark ages of medieval England, and it has all the evil-plotting of the dark ages! Love it!
On another subject, the Nikon D40 has dropped to just about 300 euros! Wish I had that in cash! I'm

Well, during the past month and for at least 4 more I'm stationed at Lesvos island because of the army thing!
Things are good but I can't be on the internet as much as I like, not to mention the lack of privacy in internet cafes..
So, I'm in a bit of lurking stage on dA and most sites! But I am here, even if it means I check bulks of photos on my leave days!

As from the 11th of August on for one year I'm in the army!
Gonna be a great adventure I hope, hard work and angst aside..
